Motorola Unveils the Razr Fold, Edge 70 Fusion, and Moto Buds 2 at Mobile World Congress
Motorola has kicked off the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona with a bang, unveiling a trio of exciting new devices: the Razr Fold, Edge 70 Fusion, and Moto Buds 2. The highlight of the show is undoubtedly the Razr Fold, Motorola's first book-style foldable smartphone, which was first teased at the CES event.
The Razr Fold boasts a 6.6-inch external display that folds out to reveal a larger 8.1-inch 2K LTPO internal display. This innovative design allows for a seamless user experience, enhanced by the Moto Pen Ultra stylus, which enables smooth navigation, note-taking, and sketching across the operating system.
Under the hood, the Razr Fold is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 5, coupled with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. It features a 6000mAh silicon-carbon battery that supports 80W Turbopower charging, ensuring long-lasting performance.
The camera setup is impressive, with a 20MP outer and 32MP inner front-facing camera, and a 50MP main camera and 50MP telephoto camera with 3x Optical zoom using Sony LYTIA technology. Additionally, there's a 50MP ultrawide camera with macro support, catering to various photography needs.
The Razr Fold will be available in two elegant color options: Lily White and Blackened Blue.

The Edge 70 Fusion features a 6.8-inch Extreme 1.5K Super HD resolution AMOLED display in various Pantone-inspired colorways, ensuring a visually stunning experience. It is powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 Mobile platform, equipped with a 5200mAh battery that can last up to 39 hours, and supports 68W turbo charging for quick replenishment.
The triple rear camera system includes a 50MP Sony LYTIA™ 710 main sensor with OIS, a 13MP ultrawide + Macro camera, and a 32MP selfie camera embedded in the display, catering to various photography preferences.
Lastly, the Moto Buds 2 and Moto Buds 2 Plus were announced, catering to different user needs. The Moto Buds 2 target a younger, entry-level audience, offering Active Noise Cancelling (ANC) up to 55dB and up to 11 hours of playback, with a total battery life of 48 hours including the charging case.
These buds utilize dual 11mm Dynamic Drivers and 6mm Micro Planar magnetic drivers for exceptional sound quality, supporting hi-res audio. The Moto Buds 2 Plus take it a step further with 'Sound by Bose technology,' enhancing sound depth and detail.
The Moto Buds 2 Plus offer up to 9 hours of playback and a total of 40 hours with the charging case. Additionally, they feature Audio Share, allowing users to connect two pairs of buds to their device, enabling shared enjoyment of music, movies, and podcasts with friends.
